We offer you two kinds of soft bread. The Carré, made with japanese wheat flour, that we recommand to eat plain in order to enjoy the feeling of mochi mochi : a melting-in-the-mouth succulence.
The Toast, just like its name tells, is better to eat toasted, as you can enjoy its crusty side but still soft and fluffy on the inside.
